aim Architektur Management is a solid, economically successful and family-run architectural practice. We realise first-class and sustainable building projects in Berlin. These include new construction and renovation of schools and sports facilities as well as hotel and residential buildings. Our clients are private and public building owners.
We are looking for full-time architects or civil engineers (m/f/d) with many years of experience in tendering and handling to strengthen our team of around 15 in Berlin.
Your tasks will include:
- Object and construction supervision for our construction tasks
- Tendering and awarding of construction and planning services
- Supervision of the specialist construction management or general contractor construction management
- Scheduling and scheduling control
- Contract, cost and supplement management
- Supporting the planning team with technical construction advice
- Contact person for the client
Your profile:
- Degree in architecture or civil engineering
- High level of organisation and reliability
- You have sound experience in implementation planning, tendering and construction management
- You enjoy implementing challenging building projects and detailed solutions
- You have the construction site, costs and deadlines under control and work responsibly and independently with an eye for the big picture
- You have communication skills as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working
- You are proficient in AVA (ORCA), MS-Office and MS-Project
- You are well-versed in the DIN standards of the VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
- You are familiar with the requirements of the Berlin Building Code and the Building Code
- Your written and spoken German skills are very good
